contessasteph @chuber2206 I would say it depends on what you wear underneath it. It’s a slimming cut at the waist, so it leans more to size 2. I wear both 2 and 4 and it fits me well. From shoulder to shoulder, it is 15.5" and from sleeve base to other sleeve base (chest) it is 17".
