Fun and flattering lightweight peplum dress with stretch. Pre-loved vintage condition. Features shoulder pads and geometric buttons along blouse. Stretch cotton waist and skirt. Has some light pilling and a light yellow stain along bottom right front of blouse hem. See photos for more details.
