Vintage Pendleton Blanket Coat with Shawl Collar - Women's Size Large. This women's coat styled directly from Pendleton's archives includes shades of gray, black, red, and a splash of green. Made from 100% virgin blanket-weight wool and trimmed in black leather. It has a button closure, and side pockets. Unlined interior means it's not too heavy to wear in fall. There are princess seams to make it look tailored and feminine. The pattern on the coat is the Spirt of the Peoples. The Pendleton Spirit of the Peoples Blanket was designed in 2009 to celebrate the Pendleton Woolen Mills family. Six stripes represent the five generations that have led the company and the next generation that will lead us on. Directional crosses symbolize the four directions, homes to the Native Americans who were Pendleton's first customers, and to all those who have come since. Arrowheads denote the strength and good fortune that have blessed the journey thus far. The closeup photos are pretty accurate to the actual colors.
