Vintage Pedestal Cake Stand - Porcelain De France

This elegant, Porcelaine De France, pedestal cake stand is a remarkable gem from the 1960s. The cake stand is made of pristine white porcelain and ornately decorated with hand painted gold trim and central medallion of flowers and foliage on the plate and pedestal. The plate has a ribbed quality along the edge and the overall finish has a lustrous glaze. The underside of the pedestal foot and plate have been left unglazed. It is in great condition. Measures 12” across and 5” tall.
