Vintage Peacock Embroidered & Beaded Handbag

I was told when I purchased it that it could be deco era circa 1920’s. The Velvet is plush Braided strap that has a fray mark but does not effect the integrity of the item the inside is pristine and satin with two small pockets. It measures approximately 8”x 5”. The hang measures approximately 19” long. Truly a rare piece and a work of art.
