Vintage Pave Rhinestone Buckle Brooch

U have a problem with fragrances, do not buy from me!** Here is a vintage from the 1930s pave` (pasted in) rhinestone buckle brooch. It has emerald cut and round rhinestones. The metal is shiny and in excellent condition with no peeling or chipping. It has a rollover c fastener that does not lock, dating it to 1931 to 1940. It could be later into the 40s as it depends on when the company that made it began using the locking c fastener. I would say these are Swarovski crystals because for their age they are still very reflective of the light and the colors. A little of the old glue is beginning to show in the top row of stones, otherwise it is in excellent vintage condition. I have never worn it. The brooch is 2” by 2”. It is unmarked. See pics.
