Vintage Paul Levy coat with tie belt and scarf

No size tag. Measurements as follows. Armpit to armpit 21”, waist 23”, neck to bottom 48”. Knowing who used to wear it I think it’s about a medium or large. Lining on both sleeves torn, but easy to repair. Includes matching belt and scarf.
