Vintage Pattern for a button down blouse size 16, 18 and 20

The envelope contains vintage 1980’s patterns for short sleeve and long sleeve French cuff button down blouse is in size 16, 18 and 20. I wrote a note on this that the pattern for blouse C, with the puffy/gathered shoulder sleeve, is no longer in the envelope. I do sew and I must have used that sleeve for another outfit. Blouse A & B have smooth sleeve shoulders. Everything else is here inside; I checked. A Mariette Hartley design. Nonsmoking home.
