Vintage Pat Sandler for Wellmore dress. Black with white accents wool/rayon blend size 14. Deep V neck. Beautiful black buttons with a pearl center. Buttons go all the way up with a sash on the back with the same big black buttons with pearls in the center. Small blue dot on the tag but the actual dress is in excellent condition.
