Vintage Party Dress Size 6/8

Snagged this dress from a vintage store a few years back. It’s definitely vintage but I’m not sure of the era. It says 10 but that’s a vintage 10, as I’m a size 8 and the waist is a little tight. The straps have buttons and can be worn criss cross if that’s the look you’re going for. There’s a little elastic in the waist (as shown), but it only gives it a little stretch. Measurements upon request.
