Vintage Paristyle Gold UV reactive belt buckle STAMPED

This is an old belt bucket not really sure on the approx date but it has some wear to it and a few missing stones please look closely at the photos. It is gold toned and has some mild discoloration due to its age. Overall, in good shape for is old age. And the center part appears to be some sore of uranium glass perhaps??? Either way it’s very cool. Not belt included just the buckle.
