Vintage Parisian Scene Dress

Beautiful dress with a starry Paris scene along the bottom. In great condition. Does have some stains, a very tiny spot next to left arm and a very pale yellow stain below the center picture, both shown in pictures. Only reason I'm not keeping it is because I am very short and this beautiful dress is just too long for me.
