Vintage Paris design graphic sweater 80s

Very rad Paris sweater. Puffy paint graphic says “Paris Design” The material is that kind of pre washed a million times slightly lightweight sweatshirt fabric. Has a couple of paint stains on the sleeve, see photos. Also a faint dark spot above the R on the front, not sure if it will wash out or if it’s a stain. Size is roughly a loose fitting women’s S or tighter M.
