Vintage Papell Too Dress

Circa 1980's short-sleeved, side-buttoned dress with beautiful V-shaped back. 100% baby blue natural silk. Because it's natural silk, there are minor variations in the fabric (see picture). Shoulder pads. Great condition. Measurements: Armpit to Armpit = 20" Shoulder to Bottom Hem = 39"
