Vintage Papell Boutique white beaded silk formal scalloped blouse

Gorgeous vintage blouse. Perfect for a gala or formal night out. Also would look cute with jeans and heels. Never worn. Full back zipper with eyelet closure. Subtle shoulder pads that could be easily removed. Includes original, attached pouch of replacement beads. Top layer has separated at the right shoulder but can be repaired by a seamstress.
