Pair of Gilt Murano Glass Figurines, Italy, circa 1950. Exceptional pair of fine Murano Glass Figurines from the small island of Murano around 1950. The outstanding crafted figurines show the incredible skills of the famous glass artists at its best. Depicting a couple in a beautiful Venetian festive wardrobe with fantastic colored garment in lovely blue, white and gold tones. The clear glass elements are additionally adorned by a glittering gold dust. An absolutely decorative pair of precious Murano glass figurines from the mid 20th century in original condition. Notable flaw, appears to have a break on the bottom of the women figure, however it’s raised? Maybe apart of the production process, otherwise great condition. Approximate Dimensions Height: 11 in.
