coonladyts you might want to look a little closer to these earrings. pictures are not the greatest but I think it's cloisonne. it's not paint. I'm not sure but I believe it's a process where the colors are put on the metal and then it is heated to set the colors. kind of like pottery. and there's another name for it too. I google it cuz I think these earrings are possibly worth a lot more than you think. just FYI
