Vintage PSZ 70s Dress

EUC This late 70s dark blue and white trimmed dress is so beautiful. It has sheer sleeves with button wrists, a button-up upper with hidden buttons, fully lined, the top layer of material is sheer, and the collar, front pocket, and wrists are outlined in white. It has an elastic waistline with the original belt and a pleated front below the waistline. Tag is a Size 8 however vintage sizing is much different now. See measurements.
