Vintage PLAYBOY Club Playmate key charm necklace

Rare Vintage PLAYBOY Playmate Key necklace with pink pouch and inner and outer boxes. In excellent Vintage condition. It's been part of my collection for almost 40 years. Vintage does not mean new. Please enlarge all photos to see condition. I never wore it. It has been in the boxes since I purchased it. The key is gold tone and black on an 18" chain. The key is approximately 5/8" long.
