Vintage PJLA dress

Vintage 90’s PJLA dress size L. Does not have a care content tag and I’m not quite sure what material it is. It feels silky satin almost. It’s right in between midi and maxi for me and I’m 5’8. Has a goth vibe to it but also a bit of Qipao with the 3 buttons on one shoulder. Sleeve length is 3/4. Needs a good ironing or steaming. Pit to Pit 21” Bust 19.5” Length 57”
