Vintage P-72 Navigational Course Protractor Plotter Navigation Tool 4"X 15"

This vintage navigational course protractor plotter is a great tool for any sailor or boater. The brand is C-Thru Ruler Co, and it was manufactured in the United States. Comes in a sleeve with instructions on the outside of the sleeve. Please note that there is writing on the front and back of the sleeve. In addition, the sleeve is ripped in multiple areas and has multiple stains on the paper sleeve. The protractor has multiple scratches from normal use.
