Vintage Oval Swivel Picture Frame HL British Registered Design No.1014903, Antique Style Frame Beautifully detailed oval swivel frame looks like wood but is made of a molded composite or plastic. The swivel is adjustable and can be tilted forward and back with a twist of the keys on each side. Bottom is black felt. Overall frame is about 14” tall x 13 ¼” across x 2 ¼” deep. Viewable picture size is about 9” x 7”. It is marked HL British Registered Design No. 1014903. The frame is in very good condition, all clips to hold picture are good. Glass is clean with no scratches, chips, or cracks. Add a photo or a mirror and enjoy this lovely antique style decor.
