Vintage Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto

This quite large and beautiful Our Lady Of Lourdes Grotto is made of chalkware and measures 15 1/2 tall by 8" wide. The shrine comes with a lovely old ruby glass hobnailed candle votive holder (great for tea lights), and has an extremely unique Holy Water of the period. Featuring a two piece aspergillum (sprinkling) top in white and black bakelite, it has a cross and the words Holy Water embossed on the glass. Hand painted and glowingly beautiful, It was made by the Penna Statuary Company.
