Well kept vintage Oscar by Oscar de la Renta white cotton blend blouse. Excellent condition no stains,tears, snags, or holes. This blouse is a classic vintage piece with ruffles that cover pearl buttons and continues all the way around the collar. There are no buttons on the sleeves.
