Vintage Oscar De La Renta swimsuit cover

Vintage 1980's semi sheer Oscar De La Renta Swimwear with black, yellow & white polka dots top or swimsuit cover in size medium. It is such a pretty piece and could easily be worn as a top with a shirt underneath. It has shoulder pads. It is in excellent condition. Bust is open up to about 46" Length is 32" in back and very hard to measure in the front since it drapes Sleeves are 3/4 length
