Vintage Coblentz Original Handbag Square Purse Pocketbook in a pretty, creamy Mocha Brown / Tan This Vintage Bag was made in the 1960’s in New York City by Louis Coblentz, the famous leather purse-maker born in France. This pocketbook is gorgeous, and is similar to a side-ways book. It measures 10” across its bottom base, 7.25” tall and 3.25” wide at the bottom base. Double chain strap has a Strap drop of 5” Gold-tone snap tab holds it closed securely. Four gold-tone feet embedded into the bottom keep it clean. Note the nice structured opening and satin black and red lining stamped in gold with the Coblentz logo. A stunningly beautiful Retro Day or Evening Bag! Definitely one that will be noticed.
