Vintage Oriental Red Hand Carved Cinnabar Enamel Trinket Box

This lovely piece was acquired at an estate sale in California. The owners, an elderly couple, took many trips over the course of their lifetime to the Orient. They were quite fond of Chinese and Japanese art, antiques, and other period pieces reflecting the culture and beauty of these countries. The condition is excellent and has been well cared for.
