• Truly a perfect sheer layering piece, great for an over layer or an under layer for adding volume • 3 layers of lightweight nylon mesh tulle fabric • Pull on, elastic waist • Marked a size medium/large, please see measurements • 90s or early 2000’s? Not positive, but I got it at the most incredible garage sale I’ve ever been to that was full of beautiful 80s-2000s pieces so I would guess that it’s somewhere in that range • Made in the USA • Some flaws: 3rd photo shows a tear in the front left near the hem of the top layer, last two photos show subtle stains on the back and side Measurements laid flat: Waist: 9.5 inches, stretches to ~18 inches Length: 16 inches
