Vintage Oneida Silver Plate Child Baby Toddler Cup 1930's

This baby cup belonged to my mother who was born in 1930. On the bottom I can make out the word Oneida but nothing else. I am assuming it is silver plated. It was tarnished but I polished it. Outside looks shiny but inside looks worn on the bottom. Please see pictures.
