I found this and thought it was just absolutely beautiful. It is a unique piece. I think it may have been custom made. There is no tag. The measurements are in the pictures, waist is about 22, chest is about 28,length is about 51. There is a train in the back. The bottom has dirty marks and there is one tear in the lining fabric inside on the bottom, and two buttons missing (see photos). Still a stunning piece.
