This flapper style bag is constructed of what I believe to be rayon cord - you can see by the fuzzy cord ends inside. I don’t know what the beads are - could be resin, catalin or Bakelite. I can tell it’s not wood because one of the beads in the bottom row is broken it’s the 3rd bead down on one of the loops. All the other beads appear to be in place. Laying flat 4.5” x 9” including Pom Pom.
