Amazing condition vintage silk blouse by Oleg Cassini with sort of a back winged style sleeve. Shoulder pads have safety pins in them which serve absolutely no purpose at all, both shoulder pads still attached by all threads. Size L/14 but can be worn as an oversized blouse tucked in skinny jeans for a smaller woman. 21.5” pit to pit, 22.5” L
