This Okinawan Ryukyu Dancing Doll wears a beautiful Bingata Kimono. This Kimono reflects the colors of Okinawa. She is wearing a red fora headpiece called Hangasa. This dance was developed for the royal court in the 15th century to welcome high-ranking officials. Silk hand painted face and cloth hands and feet.
