Vintage Off The Shoulder Fit & Flare Party Dress

Stunning forest green velvet vintage dress, the pictures don't do it justice! Floral applique on bust, back zip closure, off the shoulder fit and flare silhouette, there's tulle under the skirt to keep it nice and puffy! Vintage size 13/14, fits like a modern 4/6, in excellent condition. LOW BALL ME! I don't get offended. Trying to move everything!
