Excellent condition! Fully functional, vintage OLYMPUS OM-1 SLR Camera. PRINZ 49mm Skylight lens. Includes retro embroidered shoulder strap that holds three 35mm film canisters and an 8" threaded shutter release cable. Lens cap is not original, was taken from a broken camera (that's why its so beat up). No batteries needed! ;) Review #1: Olympus OM-1 SLR camera was launched in 1972. At a time when SLRs were evolving to be large and bulky, the Olympus M-1 stood out with its sleek, light, and compact form factor. It’s bright and has a 0.92x magnification, which makes focusing so much easier. The camera is fully mechanical and also sports a light meter. Turning the camera “ON” activates the light meter, but leave it in the “OFF” position if you want to use it without the light meter. That’s because this camera is a precise, concise tool. There’s nothing here to confuse the process of photography, which is good, but there’s also not much here to make the process easy for newcomers, which could be a deal-breaker for some photo geeks.
