Vintage Northern Reflections reversible Vest size medium‎

In used condition but no holes or stains that I can see. It looks like there is a spot on the arm pit area (shown in the picture). They look like they are more for decoration than for anything. You could cut them and tie a knot to hold them in place Totally awesome design ❤️
