Vintage Norman Berg For Denise Fashions Spaghetti Strap Dress

Made by the ILGWU, International Ladies Garment Workers Union. It is delicate and very cute. It has a nice shoulder covering. Definitely vintage! It has two pieces. Spaghetti strap dress and short sleeve lace front top on top. The dress is fully lined. There is one small hole around the right breast. You can see that in the pictures. Zipper in the back. The waist is about 24 inches and it is 14" from armpit to the other. It is 41 inches from the shoulder strap to the hem.
