Vintage Nine West Cape Wrap Size Small This 100% Cotton Wrap has a Vevet exterior. Dark Emerald Green. There are large slit openings at each side for arms. Wrap has five large hammered style buttons in the front. There is an interior hook at the neck for complete closure.
