Vintage Nine West 3” stacked heel in brown fabric with silver hardware and a rounded toe. Outside shows a little wear. Inside is peeling. I believe it’s the tanning and coating from the real leather, that is peeling. Please see the pictures. The name of the shoe is Enchanting. B5
