100% cotton, has a lot of stretch capability. Neck collar can be up or turned down. Closeup detail of fabric in the photos. Can be a Capezio or Melrose tag. Made in Turkey. It has been boxed in storage over 20 years, none never worn. Old inventory from a closed store. I have 2 each of each size from Small to XL.
