Vintage New Martinsville Radiance Amber glass Tea Cups set of 4

These are in great condition stored in a smoke free home really pretty cups there is a flaw on 1 cup see in last pic im not sure if it is a mfg imperfection or a small chip it does not feel sharp they are 2,5' tall 3.5" wide 2" deep please look at the pictures they are part of my description any questions please ask ..
