amaarra The width of the dish including rim is 10" diameter on the outside. The inside measurement is 7 3/4" wide. The lid does not change the width, as it rests on the interior rim. The width of the lid measures 8 1/2". I have an extra 1 1/2 Qt dish without a lid, that I will be happy to include. You would receive 2 dishes and 1 lid. I have added a few more photos. Thanks
