Vintage Neon Psychedelic Mini Dress, size S-M

Great dress, I once wore it to an all day party in New Orleans. It's a very cute flattering fit. Has been handwashed and hung dry. A couple threads coming loose under the left arm, an easy fix. I think this is handmade, has no brand or care tag. Polyester, obviously.
