Vintage Neo Nostalgia Floral Top

Beautiful vintage, flowing, baby doll tank. Produced sometime in the 90s.. the size tag is missing. I believe it's about a medium . there is a small tear that has been sewn on the left outer strap. Shown in pictures above. I happen to think it adds to the blouses charm!!
