Vintage Neiman Marcus Cream Pleated Blouse

Neiman Marcus vintage cream button down pleated blouse size 12. Polyester material with a chevron/geometric zigzag print. The front is pleated to hide the buttons. A few small rust stains, two pin-sized stains on front and a small stain on the underside of a sleeve (shown in last pic). This shirt has sewn in shoulder pads. Length- 23, bust - 43, waist- 40
