This is a vintage needlepoint old time telephone book cover. The front shows a ladies hand/finger dialing an old rotary phone while she's holding the receiver to her face highlighting her bright red lips. I think the flowers represent the cuff of her dress. You have to use your imagination on this. The back cover is also all black needlepoint. The inside has fabric sleeves to hold the phone book in. I can remember the old plastic covers from days gone by, but never seen anything like this. I see only a couple of broken or missing threads. It measures closed 13 x 11. Just an awesome conversation piece!
