Vintage Needlepoint Oklahoma State Postage Stamp Scissor Tailed Flycatcher Bird & Mistletoe Framed. The state bird and flowers stamps for a 1982 issues of the United States Postal Service. The artists are the first known father and son team to create a United States stamp issue. Authur Singer, the father, painted the birds. Then the son, Alan, added the appropriate flowers. The designs were adapted for me to work by Margot Cook. Good vintage preowned condition with flaws on frame and some moisture humidity or exposure on the paper on the back of the piece. See photos.
