Vintage Necklace - Handmade Yellow Sequin Statement Necklace

This vintage statement necklace is truly one of a kind. I suspect this was handmade as the backing is felt and the neck ties are craft ribbon. That said, the handiwork that went into creating this is WOW. Dainty yellow sequins, chain trim, and large acrylic and beaded statement stones. This would make a fabulous Mardi Gras or carnival accessory, or as part of a masquerade costume, cosplay / comiccon look. Measures 9 inches wide, the collar is 3 inches tall vertically. 22 in ties.
