This is a lovely collared shirt dress from the 70s or 80s Navy fabric with white swirly all-over pattern Collared V-neck Pleated detail at shoulders/chest Over the head put on, no closures Elastic waist and comes with detachable belt. The belt has a velcro closure instead of standard looped belt Belt buckle has chips on ends which I find hardly noticeable. You can detach this and add your own belt 100% Polyester Size: 8 Pit to Pit 20" Waist up to 18" Hips 20" Length40" Model is size large
