Vintage Navy Florale Dress

I love it! Very Soring. Authentic Vintage. One of kind. It’s a navy dress with a alone fit cinches in at waist but has stretch in waist (a lot) . My model wears an 8 dress but was able to put this one easily. Very Flowy. From shoulder to hem 45”. Waist without stretch 27 to 28. Stretch can go from 28to 32 easily without losing form. Arm 15” to 14”. I will give the belt for free
